The compressor now comes in convenient case form, and operating noise has been considerably reduced. This new set also features improved spray stability and control. With a nozzle diameter of 0.3mm, beginners should find the airbrush easy to use. From 2mm-thin lines to base coat, this set can be used with ease to paint a variety of surfaces. Compressor uses re-chargeable 7.2V 6-cell Flat Battery Pack w/ Tamiya Connector and battery charger (**SOLD SEPARATELY** Available in most RC Supplies stores). *AARON'S WORKSHOP NOTES: This compressor puts out about 15 psi, which is plenty good enough for properly thinned acrylic paint. We tried both NiCd and NiMH batteries for this compressor unit and found that NiMH batteries last longer. The basic single-action airbrush that comes with the compressor works well, and cleaning is simple and painless. Instructions for disassembling the airbrush included.
